Disney has produced an array of villains over its history but which villain holds the title as the most evil?
Rather than relying on subjective opinions, PixlParade ranked fictional villains using a weighted scoring system based on the severity of their crimes. Murder is worth 40 points, attempted murder 13, kidnapping 12, theft 7, plagiarism 4, and gambling 3, with additional weighting for factors such as mass murder or crimes against children.
Villains such as Claude Frollo and Jadis the White Witch rank among the most evil due to their extensive histories of villainous acts, while lesser offenders like Sid Phillips from Toy Story appear near the bottom, earning points primarily for vandalism.
